Ho Ho Ho!  Christmas is happening soon and the festive spirit is in full swing, and Rockafellers Kitchen + Bar is your merry destination. We’ve decked the halls, and our menu is brimming with seasonal delights. As connoisseurs of British and Irish cuisine, Rockafellers Kitchen + Bar is ready to tantalize your taste buds with a feast fit for the holiday season.

This is the first pre Christmas review of 2023 and it was at Rockafellers Kitchen + Bar Bukit Damasara. It was a small and cozy media preview and let me show you what Rockafellers Kitchen + Bar offers for this Christmas.

Christmas Turkey Platter

The moment you’ve been waiting for all year is here. Our Christmas Turkey Platter is a showstopper. Executive Chef Yogi of Rockafellers Kitchen + Bar presents his signature creation – a perfectly roasted whole turkey accompanied by an array of Christmas classics.

From chicken and lamb to beef and pork, the stuffing options are as diverse as they are delicious. The sides are equally tempting, featuring carrots, baked onions, brussels sprouts, roasted potatoes, Yorkshire puddings, sausages, cranberry sauce, and roasted gravy. It’s a feast that combines rustic traditions with a touch of holiday magic. The Roasted Whole Turkey, complete with stuffing and sides, is priced at RM 550 nett (4.5-5kg).

Christmas Family Platter

 Their special Family Platter, a celebration of traditional dishes. Featuring Roasted Crispy Pork Belly, BBQ Pork Ribs with Honey Glaze, Assorted Sausages, Roasted Whole Stuffed Chicken, and an array of delectable sides, the Christmas Family Platter is priced at RM 480.00 and serves 6 to 8 diners.

Beef Wellington (1kg)

Using premium cut tenderloin Angus beef, seasoned and marinated for 8 hours in the chiller, and then wrapped in pastry together with mushroom duxelle, spinach and prosciutto ham. Priced at RM420 nett.

Pancetta Pork Roll

 Using Iberico pork belly soaked in sea salt water overnight and seasoned with homemade herbs and roasted. Priced at RM300 nett.

Lamb Shepherd’s Pie –

Filled with minced lamb, green peas and garlic prunes encased in a perfect puff pastry and served with roasted jus gravy.

In addition to their platters, their à la carte Christmas menu boasts classic festive mains, including Roasted Suckling Pig and Roasted Whole Lamb Leg.

Rockafellers’ Christmas delights are here to warm your hearts and add a touch of magic to your celebrations. Whether you choose to dine in, order for delivery, or opt for takeaway, these seasonal specials are available from November 15, 2023, to January 1, 2024. Pre-orders are welcome from November 1, 2023, until the end of the year.

Overall, the food at Rockafellers Kitchen + Bar Changkat is really good. The consistency is there as we went to check out their Christmas menu last year. My favourite is the lamb shepherd’s pie as well as the pancetta pork roll.
