Les Bouchons KL French Bistro

This is the latest new French Bistro opening in KL. This is Les Bouchons and they are originally from Singapore and opened their first French Bistro in KL Jalan Mayang. They have an outlet at Les Bouchons Puteri Harbour.

Established in 2002, Les Bouchons is amongst the first restaurants in Singapore to serve French Steak and Fries.

Les Bouchons KL French Bistro is located at Lot 183, 1st Floor Jalan Mayang, Off, Jalan Yap Kwan Seng which is a stone throw away from KLCC. I was a guest and this was a media review.

The restaurant is elegant and almost every spot or corner in the restaurant is Insta photo worthy. I love how they decorated the walls with paintings and it goes well with majority red tables and chairs as part of interior of the restaurant.

When I was busy taking photo, I bumped to my reader and we had a great chat. She was having dinner with her friend, checking out the new KL French Bistro in town.

Here, I met new aspiring IG foodies and we had a great night chit chatting and we forget about photos together.

I had the Les Bouchons KL Four Course Tasting Media Menu and the executive chef was there taking care of us.

As a guest for this media tasting review, I must thank Food Msia (https://www.instagram.com/foodmsia/)  for inviting me here as well as the great hospitality from Les Bouchons KL French Bistro.

The restaurant was pretty busy and executive chef Mickaël Cornac wanted perfect food to be served and hence it was a long dinner session.

It was a generous dinner with lots of food as well as drinks. Overall, I enjoyed most of the food here especially the lamb chops, angus ribeye, French onion soup, pan seared foie gras as well as their desserts. There are room for improvements on a few dishes as well as their food presentation.

For their wines, I was told that they have a wine list of 3000 bottles of wine from France and that is a plus point if you adore French wines.
