Pork Place IOI Boulevard Sanbanto and Samsung WB150F
Pork Place IOI Boulevard Sanbanto and Samsung WB150F
Yesterday, we celebrated Rachel’s birthday at Pork Place IOI Boulevard. It is also known as Sanbanto, pork butchery with a few outlets in Klang Valley.
The brand new Samsung WB150F with WIFI and Schneider Keruznach Lens. It is not launch in Malaysia yet.
Before we go on with our dining experience at Pork Place, last week we received the latest Samsung camera, the Samsung WB150F for review. It is the replacement model for Samsung WB750 which we tested too in this few months. The feature of Samsung WB150F is the fun filter functions and it comes with WIFI. Yes, the camera comes with WIFI and we had successfully uploaded pictures to our Facebook using our camera via WIFI.
It was a Sunday evening and we had a last minute dinner appointment cancelled so it left both us driving around Puchong searching for new food. Rachel spotted Pork Place at IOI Boulevard and we settled our dinner there.
The restaurant is beautifully done. We loved the ambience and the design of the interior and also the warmth feeling of this restaurant.

We didn’t order that much since it was only just the both of us.
This picture is taken with “cross filter” effect and the it will have the sparkle effects on the picture based on the contrast.
We ordered the Sausages combo of Pork Bratwurst & Thuringer Bratwurst (RM 22.90) served with mash potatoes. We find the Pork Bratwurst to be ordinary but the Thuringer Bratwurst was delicious. We enjoyed the sausages with mustard and their homemade mash potatoes.
The next dish was a good one. It was the Teriyaki Belly (RM 29) which pan fried pork belly indulged with sweet teriyaki sauce and it comes with fragrant garlic rice. The appearance was similar to “char siew” (caramelized BBQ pork) but the pork skin was so crispy. The meat might as soft as melt in the mouth but it was cooked to perfection. We almost ordered another plate of this.

We had fun playing with the Samsung WB150F. Some of the built-in filters are fun and user friendly.
This picture is taken with built in “Magic Frame”. There are a few templates of “magic frames”.
Overall we had a delightful dinner. We loved the cosy dining experience and the helpful waiters. Waiting time was less than 15 min as it was not that packed. We saw many customers purchase pork meat in Sanbanto, a small butchery within the restaurant. Lastly, we were glad to find this new pork place and we will definitely go back there again with friends.

Hmm! I can almost taste the pan fried pork belly! Must be very delish! Anyway, the camera looks pretty interesting. With automatic effects and stuff? Must be very handy! 🙂
