Caffe Bene Sunway Pyramid
Caffe Bene Sunway Pyramid
First of all, I am not a KPOP fan and but I do hope to visit South Korea one day. Few weeks ago, I wrote about Nana Green Tea, the Japan’s tea version of Starbucks opening their new outlet in Malaysia and now Caffe Bene, South Korea’s version of Starbucks has already two outlets in Malaysia. The numbers of foreign and local F&B (food and beverages) outlets in Malaysia are absolutely unbelievable!
Caffe Bene is a coffeehouse chain based in Seoul, South Korea with more than 900 outlets in South Korea and a couple of hundreds more worldwide. The first outlet in Malaysia is in Solaris Mount Kiara and the Sunway Pyramid is their second outlet. Caffe Bene means good cafe in Korean.
I didn’t try most of their signatures. The waffle machine didn’t work and I was too full for desserts so I had one scoop of chocolate ice cream and two drinks. That scoop of ice cream gave me happiness and I don’t think I need to beautify it anymore. I will come back for the waffle with the cone of ice cream soon and hope they fixed that waffle machine.
I ordered Café latte and Misugaru Latte (non-coffee). Rachel gets the café latte and she loved it and I get the Misugaru Latte or grains latte and I loved it too. The Misagaru latte is thick, creamy and fragrant. Since I am sensitive with caffeine, this works perfectly for me.
Overall, I can’t comment much since I have not tried their signatures but will definitely come back again for more.
