Wat Tantayaphirom Trang

If you travelling around Trang city, you will notice a beautiful big white Stupa along the 4046 highway. That big white stupa belongs to Wat Tantayaphirom.

Wat Tantayaphirom or Tantauphirom temple is located 500 metres north of the Trang train station. I have enclosed the GPS for the exact location of the temple.

The stupa at Wat Tantayaphirom holds a footprint of the Buddha and is one of the key attractions of Trang City. The best way to visit Trang is by self drive and it near Hatyai, Satun and Krabi. Stay one to two nights in Trang and join the local island tour like the Emerald Cave Island (Marakot Island).
