Sam Kan Chong at Hari Hari Datang Foodcourt Ampang

The name “hari hari datang” means “every day you come” in Malay. Interesting enough it is not a Malay food court and it is a Chinese food court. It is a huge food court and it is located near Ampang Point Shopping Center at Japan Ampang off Jalan Lingkaran Tengah 2 (MRR2).

It is a typical food court, high ceiling with fans, non-air conditioned with many food stalls selling Malaysian Chinese food. One of the food I tried there was the “sam kan chong”. I ordered the noodle with additional sausage and it cost me RM 9.00 for the noodle, an additional RM 3.00 for the extras. The noodle is priced at RM 6.00.

Please don’t get me wrong, I don’t mind paying RM 9.00 and the reason I’m writing this because I enjoyed it. They are pretty generous with the minced meat and it is comfort food and I enjoy the taste of the sausage. I definitely come back again but not “hari hari datang”.
