10 Things To Do in Tasmania
Photographers called Tasmania the playground for photography. Travelled to Tasmania some time ago, I have compiled 10 things to do in Tasmania.
Tasmania is a beautiful island located at the south of Victoria. You can fly to Tasmania from Malaysia via Melbourne or Sydney thru a local flight.
The beauty of Tasmania is it is different of other Australian states. In actual, each state has its own strength and beauty so it is worthwhile to visit all the states in Australia for the total experience.
For those who didn’t know, Tasmania is one of the most romantic places in the world with its, white sandy beaches, rugged mountains, lakes teeming with trout, quaint sandstone towns, fishing villages and valleys filled with cows and sheep grazing – even the shape of Tasmania is a heart.
Thus, what are the ten things to do in Tasmania?
1.The Islands
Tasmania is made up of 334 islands with spectacular coastlines that look even more beautiful from the water. Take a thrilling ride to seals lazing in the sun among sculpted rock formations of Bruny Island or the Tasman Peninsula; glide into the heart of the world’s largest temperate rainforest on the mirror-still Gordon River or cruise past the vineyard-lined banks of the Tamar River. If land is more your style take a self drive holiday and circumnavigate the island or walk to the famous Bay of Fires, with its lichen rocks and lagoons.
I didn’t manage to visit the islands during my trip to Tasmania but I did spot a few during my flight from Melbourne to Launceston. Maybe I will revisit them one day?
