Savoey Seafood Co Sukhumvit 26 Review
Savoey Seafood Co Sukhumvit 26 Review
One of the most popular authentic Thai restaurant, Savoey recently opened their new seafood restaurant in Sukhumvit 26. It is called Savoey Seafood Co and it comes with bigger space, new seafood menu and lots of parking bays.
The restaurant opens from 11 am till 10 pm, a great place for brunch, lunch and dinner in Sukhumvit 26. This area is one of the hidden gems of Bangkok with many good food places and accommodations.
The restaurant is beautifully designed with bare-brick walls with high ceilings and comfortable ambience and décor. There are also private rooms available for corporate clients.
We dined in a few outlets of Savoey before this and we loved their food. Thus, this is the first time we dined at their new seafood outlet. What’s exciting at Savoey Seafood is their fresh seafood dishes on top of their ever popular authentic Thai cuisines. That’s why you can find many locals dining in their restaurants as we believed the locals know their food best.
The best thing about Savoey is they innovate some of the traditional Thai food. We all know Mango Sticky Rice is the Thai dessert but at Savoey that makes it to a drink. The end result is a savoury creamy Mango Sticky Rice drink. You can taste the sweetness of Thai mango and also the fragrant of glutinous rice in this drink. This is a bit filling but addictive as well. This is already worth the visit to Savoey Seafood Co.
Short video on Mango Sticky Rice drink.
This is fried rice with tom yum with seafood like prawns, squid and mussels. If you want an appetizer, this is the right dish to start your meal. Love the taste of the rice with the fresh seafood.
Snapper deep fried to perfection and makes it swim in the spicy coconut soup sauce. This is a typical Thai fish dish and it goes well with white rice or the fried rice.
Star of the day is the Canadian lobster. It is a real Canadian lobster and not mini lobster, crawfish or yabbies. It is priced at 200 Baht/100 gram and you have option to have it cooked with stir fried with yellow curry, sashimi style, baked with butter or steamed it with milk and egg. We preferred to steam it with milk and egg. The best way to enjoy to lobster or crab is by steam, baked or grilled. Try not to do many fancy things like stir frying it with overwhelming sauces. You can taste the freshness of the Canadian lobster here especially the texture of the meat. If you are a huge fan of lobster, you definitely need to visit Savoey Seafood Co Sukhumvit 26.
What we like about Savoey Seafood Co Sukhumvit 26 is it is quiet, huge and comfortable. The food is good and the seafood is as fresh as you can get. The Mango Sticky Rice drink it a must order or else you will regret it. Do check out their other dishes in their menu. Savoey Seafood Co Sukhumvit 26 is definitely the place for seafood lovers in Bangkok.

Miss Thai food a lot! Awwww~~~~ Thanks for the review..
The Mango Sticky Rice drink looks interesting, especially with the flower. If I’m not mistaken, it’s the same type of flower people use to get coloring for Nasi Kerabu right? Anyways, this place looks good for hanging out with friends.
