The wait is over as PAUL Bakery is officially opened in Pavilion Kuala Lumpur since yesterday. The shop is located on Ground Floor (near Armani Exchange). As expected, there are many people visited the bakery and it is packed since yesterday.
The initial comment from our reader is the service is bad and it is not systematic for now. Nobody knows whether to queue first or to pay first.
Based on our experiences with PAUL Bakery in Bangkok, we have to queue to order but there are no lines or queues in Pavilion outlet so far. It is quite common in Malaysia, the first week of business is always seems to be havoc. Maybe they are lack of staffs and the SOP (standard operating procedure).
Hopefully, the service will improve in time. For full review, you have to wait for a few days for us to visit the bakery. We have not been feeling well lately.
So if you are a big fan of PAUL Bakery, it is now opened in Pavilion KL.
