The menu highlights localized pork-free Cantonese cuisine, featuring a diverse range of appetizers, soups, mains (including live seafood, and an array of chicken, lamb, and beef dishes), fresh vegetables, fried rice, and noodles. Signature creations include Deep Fried Sakura Shrimps Pancakes, Steamed Nyonya Style Dragon King Grouper Fish In Slice, Deep fried Canadian Oyster With Black Truffle, and Braised Japanese Kepah Pumpkin Sauce With Fried Kuey Teow. These dishes, meticulously crafted and overseen by Chef Lok, guarantee an authentic and memorable taste journey for every guest.
Deep Fried Sakura Shrimps Pancakes – Simple dish, pancake comes with generous amount of sakura shrimps. Adults and kids will love this.
Steamed Nyonya Style Dragon King Grouper Fish In Slice – First time having King Grouper with nyonya sauce. Fish is sliced to pieces, steamed to perfection and the nyonya sauce taste is just right.
Deep fried Canadian Oyster With Black Truffle – Never knew huge Canadian oyster can taste so good when it is deep fried. The texture is bitey and you can’t complain the generous amount of black truffle.
Sichuan Style Spicy & Crispy Mushrooms – Crispy mushrooms coated with spicy Sichuan flavour. This can be an awesome snack that goes well with drinks.
Curry Tiger Prawns In Claypot – This is definitely for curry lovers. Tiger prawns are fresh and love the texture. Curry on the other hand is flavourful, not too spicy and addictive. They have loyal customers who come here for this dish a few times a week! So now you know, this is definitely one of their superstar dishes.
Deep Fried Village Chicken With Ginger Slices – This is not your typical fried chicken and this is my first time having deep fried village chicken / kampung chicken. The texture of the fried chicken is really spot on, juicy with crispy outer layer. The ginger slice is also another surprise as they cured it properly and it is crispy and complements well with the chicken. I never knew fried village chicken can be so good.
Stir Fried Celery With Lotus Root & Pine Nuts – Simple and nice vegetarian dish and I love how they use the pine nuts instead of cashew nuts.
Braised Japanese Kepah Pumpkin Sauce With Fried Kuey Teow – This is one of my favourite dishes during this lunch. This probably one of the best fried kuey teow I have tasted for a very long time. Flavour comes with the ‘wok hei’ and the unique sauce infused with pumpkin simply wonderful. The Japanese kepah is well cleaned and cooked and this is a must order at Atlantis Seafood Restaurant and Bar.
Chili Indonesian Mud Crabs – This is the biggest Indonesian mud crabs probably in KL. Each mud crab weight around 1kg each and it is super fresh. The chili sauce here is more flavourful than Singapore’s version, make you want to order more especially with the deep fried bread.
