I lost 10kg with MOVE Private Fitness
Here is the update with my journey with MOVE Private Fitness. I begin my journey in 12 April and as for 4 September, I have lost almost 10kg. In total, I did 19 personal training sessions with MOVE Private Fitness in almost 5 months.
My personal training session is once per week with my coaches Joseph and David at MOVE Private Fitness Bukit Damansara.
If you do follow my Instagram or Facebook, I never stop my travel and food reviews. Of course, there is secret to losing weight while doing my food reviews and that credits to my coaches.
I weighed 104.8kg in April and now I weighed 95.2kg and that is almost 10kg. Time to show some of the photos of before and after.
If you look carefully, my face looks sharper, my belly size is smaller (side profile) and the upper layer of my back is getting smaller (back profile).
Why do I still look fat as the fact is 95kg is still obese for my size. Hence, this a long term journey and now it is road to 90kg!
To be honest, it is never easy to lose weight while enjoying all those delicious food but there is a way to do it!
