Aseania Resort Langkawi Review
Aseania Resort, Langkawi Review
We got a really good deal to Langkawi in October with Air Asia Package. We chose Aseania Resort out of other resorts available.
Our first impression on the resort was the place itself was huge. Hence, it was also famous for its longest swimming pool in Malaysia.
The rooms were still okay. There were stains here and there which I don’t really mind. The corridor was a bit of run down. They have local channels only, not even Astro was there, I wonder why.
The management of the property was poor. They should have maintain or upgraded the rooms. However, their services were up on the mark.
The breakfast was decent. Typical Malaysian hotel breakfast with eggs, Fried Noodle, Cornflakes and sausages.
The swimming pool was the highlight. Even though it was huge, it was considered well maintained. I enjoyed chilling out on the pool .
The location of the hotel was good as it is located in the middle of everywhere. There were spas and restaurant within walking distance but sadly no sightings of beach near.
I felt that the place is too big for them to maintain. For the price, its worth a stay. However its not for the fussy people that minds about stains and such. The resort has seen its best days, cracks and stains can be visibly seen. Again, for the price should we demand more?
Number of rooms: 217
