Certified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Melaka is rich in heritage due to myriad of influences from the East and West. It developed rich cultures and traditions that are unique only to this state. Drawing inspiration from its past, KAJ Development Sdn Bhd (KAJD) has embarked on a mega development project to created two new man-made islands off the Straits of Melaka.
Earmarked development features include iconic tourism landmarks, private and prestigious marinas, international cruise terminals and premier waterfront residential addresses. Designed to delight and entertain with local and international flavours, Melaka Gateway will boast a host of offerings that delivers an enhanced waterfront lifestyle experience through world-class brand partnerships.
This mega development will see iconic tourism landmark built such as an international cruise terminal and the largest marina in Asia over and above other features. It will also feature KAJD’s track record in construction and engineering through numerous projects in the state and its mission to reinstate Melaka to its glorious past with Melaka Gateway. More than that, it will also feature sessions with key opinion leaders in the maritime and marine industries; that will lend a perspective on how Melaka Gateway is distinct from other waterfront developments in the region. Melaka Gateway will be launched this Friday and officiated by Prime Minister, YAB Dato’ Sri Haji Mohammad Najib bin Tun Abdul Razak, together with Chief Minister of Melaka, YAB Datuk Seri Ir. Hj. Idris bin Hj. Haron.
