Sometimes its really easy find good food in Cheras if you know the place. I’ve been to New Loi Fatt a couple of times and surprisingly we normally go there for seafood. Some might wonder why not Klang, but I would say because its near my house in Cheras.

There is one signature dish you must try. The big head prawn! The body is cooked with nice dry sweet sauce…
… and the head is steamed with egg….

I’m a big fan of lala… Kam heong lala is not bad here….

The pork ribs here are good here as well…. Ask for recommendations…

The fried “chun kin” is so so only… Nothing to shout about…

The food here is good, price is not too bad. Expect to pay lesser than RM 40 per pax except you order really expensive stuffs. The restaurant is next to another one, NewLoi Fatt is located on the LEFT HAND SIDE. Don’t go to the wrong one (the other one also not bad actually).
