Oktoberfest in Malaysia: 200 Years Of Celebration
Oktoberfest in Malaysia: 200 Years Of Celebration
It’s October and it’s Oktoberfest in Malaysia! It all started in 1810 and for the 200th Year of Oktoberfest Celebration, Guinness Anchor Berhad (GAB) is proud to spread the spirit of one of the world’s oldest parties to Malaysians, with fun-filled street parties, special promotions and events.
Luckily, I was invited to join the celebrations in one of their street party in Souled Out, Hartamas. With wife Rachel busy with her work, I was there by myself meeting up with other bloggers like Michelle Zyenn, Chris Tock, Ren , Beerbeer.org and Kayster.
Cheers! GAB Oktoberfest Celebration in Souled Out, Hartamas
Oktoberfest celebration is becoming very popular in Malaysia. In these past few years, there were many parties arranged for Oktoberfest.
Check out the German sausages!
Apart from the amazing beer, the best thing about Oktoberfest is the German sausages. Trust me, that is one of the top attractions for Oktoberfest.
I was having lots of fun trying the beers. From Kilkenny to Strongbow, I believed that is the way celebrating Oktoberfest. However, I know my limit and driving back safe is very important. I stopped at the few glasses, I wish Rachel was there, so she can drive me home and I can drink more.
Partying with Michelle Zyenn at Oktoberfest!
Beers, food and friends, I definitely enjoyed my Oktoberfest at Souled Out thanks to GAB. Thank you again for inviting me to these 200 years of celebrations. Cheers!
Hoi! I’m not a blogger even though I blog! I’m just a friend 🙂
