Sri Panwa Pool Villa Resort Review, Panwa Cape, Phuket, THAILAND: Extraordinaire!

Phuket has always been my preferred destination for holiday. Not to mention, my recent medical tourism trip to Phuket was another eye opener. In this trip, I stayed at one of the finest villa resorts in Phuket. Sri Panwa is one of the most luxurious resorts in Thailand and there are many Thai VIPs and celebrities stayed in this resort for break or holiday.

Together with Wahyu, an Indonesian blogger, we stayed at Sri Panwa Pool Villa Resort for 2 nights in Phuket.

We arrived approximately at 9pm on our first day due to both of us were busy venturing around Phuket. We were impressed by the architecture and design of the resort at first sight.

I was ushered to my room then I met Bob, the butler. Pardon me, but that was my first time that I had a butler assisting us.

Bob showed me the room, explaining every little detail there was while I recorded it.

The room was elegant, was hoping Rachel was there. The room’s lightings was soothing, I hope I can get such lightings for myself at home. The room is equipped with BOSE sound system which comes with an iPod that was playing soft and relaxing music. Not forgetting also the LCD TV and the FREE WIFI service in the room. Everything in the minibar is complimentary and the items get refilled the following day.

Morning at Sri Panwa was greeted with the magnificent sea view. Since Sri Panwa Pool Villa Resort is built on the Panwa cape, most rooms are designed to be facing the sea and it was one of the best rooms I’ve stayed, hands down.

Breakfast is served in another building so there are buggies to ferry us. You can always to the building in just a few minutes walk.

They serve ala-carte breakfast. Order to cook and you won’t be disappointed with it.

Staying 2 nights in Sri Panwa Pool Villa Resort changed my perception on Phuket’s luxury villas. Most people associate luxury villas to Bali but now I believe Sri Panwa can compete with some of the best villas in Bali. However, a luxury villa like Sri Panwa Pool Villa Resort comes with a hefty bill. My suite cost approximately 21000 Thai Baht or 650 US Dollars per night; it was the cheapest suite. They cater to “highso” (high society as they called it in Thailand) market and most of their customers are Thais.
