There are no restrictions for Malaysians to travel to North Korea but you do need a travel visa. You can apply at North Korea embassy at 4, Persiaran Madge, Off Jalan U Thant, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The Air Koryo Korean Airways website is not functional but I found their official Facebook Page.

“As taken from Air Koryo’s Facebook Page:

An updated on Air Koryo services to Kuala Lumpur:

FNJ – KUL (JS159) Pyongyang (23:00) – Kuala Lumpur (05:20+) 5

KUL – FNJ (JS160) Kuala Lumpur (10:30) – Pyongyang (19:00) 6

In summary, services operate on Saturdays leaving Pyongyang at 23:30, arriving Kuala Lumpur 05:20 on Sunday and departing the same day (Sunday) at 10:30 for Pyongyang arriving at 19:00.”

The airline will deploy the new generation of Russian-made Tupoley 100/300 series aircraft to fly from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) to Sunan Airport in Pyongyang, the nation’s capital.

There is no listing of Air Koryo Korean Airways Malaysia’s office address and contact and their official website is http://www.airkoryo.org/. Anyways, I found DPR Korea’s travel website at http://www.korea-dpr.com/ and DPR Korea National Tourism Bureau (South East Asia)  in Malaysia as follows:
