MyBurgerLab Review
MyBurgerLab Review
I don’t queue for phones, Hello Kitty dolls and definitely not Minion toys but I will always queue for good food. There is one burger restaurant that I eager to go for so long and finally I made it after more than a year. It is none other than MyBurgerLab.
MyBurgerLab is the one of the successful story of good food brings good business. Everything you eat at MyBurgerLab is homemade down to its charcoal bun. You name it; patties, caramelized onions and down to the sauce, it is all home made.
The scary thing of dining at MyBurgerLab is the queue and the waiting time. It can take some time for you to get your order if you are in a queue. If you want quality food, you need to wait.
I reached there at 4.30pm and I was the first in queue. Call me super kiasu or whatever but being the first person, I get to eat first and enjoy my food.
(Pay additional RM 6 for fries and one soft drink free refills)
I ordered two burgers based on the recommendations and blog reviews from my friends. They are Elvis and A++. Two sets and I paid RM 46 in total. It sounds expensive but not after you taken the food.
You won’t find Elvis in the menu or even on the menu board. It is their secret recipe! Beef patties, peanut butter, blueberry jam, caramelized onions and cheese; all together it is the Elvis Burger!
(Elvis Burger)
They have one of the best charcoal buns in the country. The bun was soft and fluffy and yet it can hold the patties and ingredients well. The beauty of Elvis is you get the peanut butter after taste (I am a peanut butter lover) and the sweetness of the blueberry jam. You can taste a balance taste of different ingredients in one burger. It’s like Rock ‘n Roll with your taste palate and maybe that’s the reason they called it Elvis.
(A++ Burger)
Then A++ Burger. It was made of Beef, Cheddar, Caramelized Onions, Shitake & Enoki mushrooms, Parmesan Crisp. While A++’s taste might not be funky but its’ originality might capture the heart of beef burger lovers. I realized that MyBurgerLab’s beef patties had soft texture and yet juicy. I love the shitake & enoki mushrooms and also enjoy the crispiness of parmesan crisp.
I enjoyed the food and service at MyBurgerLab minus the queue. Their burgers are amazing and worth the visit even the queue. I tried a few burger joints in Australia and in my opinion, MyBurgerLab fares better. There are many burger restaurants mushrooming in Klang Valley trying to replicate the success of MyBurgerLab. Don’t waste the time trying the others if you have not tried MyBurgerLab, they have put the bar too high for benchmarking.
This is not a paid review or sponsored review. I don’t mind paying for comfort food.
