Taman Desa Japanese BBQ Taisyu Yakiniku
Taman Desa Japanese BBQ Taisyu Yakiniku
Just in a few months, this place has become ever popular. What are the odds of a Japanese opening a BBQ stall in Taman Desa anyways. The concept is simple, fresh food and charcoal BBQ pots. It is called Taman Desa Japanese BBQ Taisyu Yakiniku.
As you order your food, the waiters making sure your BBQ pot is hot enough. They use fan to wind the hot pots and you get beautiful fires created by tiny burnt bits of charcoals.
Every table gets their own charcoal pot. I ordered the pork soup for RM 10 and this place is NON Halal. It’s up to you whether you want to cook in the soup or BBQ them old school charcoal style. I prefer to cook it in the soup.
You order by plates. The pricing starts from RM 5 per plate to RM 25 per plate.
They have meat and vegetables in the menu such as pork, beef and lamb. They have different spare parts of pork and beef available.
The food is fresh. That’s why people keep coming back for more. There are also ramen and aluminium foil food in menu but since it was just two of us so we didn’t over order our dinner.
If you have BBQ dinner like this, beer is the best companion. Or else you can also order sake.
It’s often you see a table or two filled with Japanese. Remember, Japanese only go for quality and good food. This is another good food recommended in Taman Desa.
