English Breakfast at Wild Honey Scotts Square Singapore

Fancy a hearty breakfast or brunch in Orchard Road? You can head on to this lovely restaurant by the name of Wild Honey in either Mandarin Gallery or Scotts Square. With the recommendations from friends and online reviews, I went to the Mandarin Gallery and it was impossible for me to have a seat because it was packed but it was told that I can make reservation at the Scotts Square outlet. It is not far from my hotel, Holiday Inn Express so I booked it for another day.

While the address reads Scotts Square and it is located on the third floor. Like the Mandarin Gallery outlet, it is packed but not as excessive.

My breakfast partner decided to eat something humble so I ordered their most popular brunch dish, the English Breakfast. The full works. Scrambled eggs, back bacon, Cumberland pork sausage, sautéed mushrooms, Dad’s baked beans, breakfast potatoes, grilled vine ripened tomato & signature brioche. This is the one will make sure you keep your tummy full without any regrets. The back bacon and pork sausage is cook to perfection. I love the breakfast potatoes and baked beans too. The taste is second to none and you can really tell that, the food is cooked with passion. It’s hard to get this kind of quality in Kuala Lumpur.

While my usual crave is a cup of coffee or latte, I changed my mind to hot chocolate. It comes with a big ass piece of marshmallow. It is not disappointing.

There is a reason why Wild Honey is getting all those positive reviews and getting packed most of the time. Let the food do the talking while you enjoy having them. Will come back again to test out other food.
