In Melaka, there is one place famous for its western food breakfast. It is Odeon Western Food Restaurant in Melaka Raya. Odeon has been around for some time and it is often packed during breakfast. There is no harm to check out what’s so special about this restaurant.

It is located at 605, Jalan Melaka Raya 10. The restaurant is a typical coffee shop and it is non-air conditioned but they do have good breakfast crowd especially on weekends.

The breakfast is pretty ordinary. They have two sets of breakfast. Two eggs, two toast bread with butter and choose either you want the ham or sausage. Set with ham is RM 5.80 while set with sausage is cheaper at RM 5.50 and you will get a free coffee or tea before 11.30 am. It is understandable as they can’t be giving that away for lunch crowd.

The weird thing is the bread is not toasted even though it stated toast bread. I have no issues with the eggs and also the sausage and the additional ham. To be frank, the food is pretty simple and there is nothing to shout about. You can consider it as comfort food but the sausage and the ham is just too ordinary.
