Muugu Garden Bistro, Bar & Grill Review
Honey Glazed Chicken Wings (RM15)
Malaysians love chicken wings. Whether you grilled it or make into sambal, chicken wings is such a darling. At Muugu, their glazed chicken wings is a simple well marinated chicken wings that goes well with their chilli sauce.
Braised Lamb Shank (RM35.00)
My mom will love this. The beauty of lamb shank is getting the taste out by braising it for hours. Then you compliment with choice of fries, mashed or sautéed potatoes, and ratatouille or mixed greens.
Pan fried Fillet of Salmon (RM29.00)
Pan fried Fillet of Salmon is one of my favourite dishes of the night. The fact that they use Norwegian salmon and it is pan fried to perfection, crispy skin and not too oily. It is compliment with their homemade Wasabi mayonnaise sauce. Loving this.
Beef tenderloin RM55.00/ New York Strip RM35.00/Ribeye RM42.00
The steaks are definitely the highlight of Muugu, no matter which steak you choose, they are very affordable compare to many other restaurants in KL. Each of them is compliment with choice of potato fries, braised potato or sautéed potatoes and also choice of greens ratatouille or baked greens. Give them some time to cook those steaks as they are pretty good.
Seafood Risotto (RM25.00)
Their version of risotto is not the soupy type but it comes with yummy seafood such as with mussels, prawn, clams, and squid, topped with Parmesan cheese. This is creamy and flavourful.
