Naughty Babe Dirty Duck Hot Stuff

There are many exciting new food and beverages opening up in Klang Valley and one of them is Naughty Babe Dirty Duck Hot Stuff at Desa Sri Hartamas. I was there celebrating my friend’s birthday on a Saturday evening. The crowd wasn’t forgiving that evening.

So I can’t call and book and only can book the table on the spot and it took them 20 min to get a table for me. It was not that that bad. Thus, I heard about their arrogant services from my friends but I never encountered any. This is not a sponsored or paid review but just a dinner for birthday celebration.

The décor is simple and nice. You get a huge pig in the middle of the restaurant and looking at the logo of the restaurant (not shown in the picture), it reminds me of The Ground of Alexandria in Sydney. Of course, The Ground of Alexandria does exhibit a real pig and rooster and here, it is between the pig and the duck. Sorry for the quality of the pictures, I forgotten to bring my camera flash.

I ordered the Chocolate Milkshake (RM 10.00). Truthfully, there is nothing special about that Chocolate Milkshake. Well, to be fair it tough to find an awesome chocolate milkshake in Kuala Lumpur.

Hungarian Sausage (RM 18) was next. This comes with a big portion of Hungarian sausage compliments with mashed potatoes and Sauerkraut. I love this as I feel that the taste is right and I love the size of that sausage, mashed potatoes are good and Sauerkraut is Sauerkraut. Always try not to compliment sausages with tomato ketchup or chilli sauce so you get the real taste.

The Naughty Babe Dirty Duck Full Ribs (RM 68) is a huge rack of pork ribs with their special sauce. This is their highlight as recommended by my peers. First of all, you can’t complain the portion of this as this is really huge. This easily good for four persons and for that price in Desa Hartamas, it is reasonable. However, the taste is nothing to shout about. It doesn’t mean it not good but it is not as excellent that you will come back again. It is still one of the better ones in town.

The Naughty Babe Dirty Duck (RM 32) is different than the dirty duck from Bali. I thought this is better than the Balinese style but some of my friends still prefer the Balinese version.

Overall the food is above average and I still can’t find that naughty babe at Naughty Babe Dirty Duck Hot Stuff. So there is no telephone bookings for tables so you better go there early to get a table or else have to wait for a table.
