xin cuisine char siew

On top of the dim sum menu, Xin Cuisine also offer the trio platter consists of siew yuk (roast pork belly), char siew (caramelized pork belly) and roast duck. You won’t have any complains to any of this platter if you are a meat lover. Kuala Lumpur’s version of char siew is slightly different than many other places as it doesn’t contain any red dye. Thus, it is grilled and caramelized to sticky other layer with soft and tender meat. The siew yuk uses lesser salt for the base but the never lack of the taste of meat.

xin cuisine herbal jelly
For desserts, I enjoyed their Herbal Jelly. Herbal jelly is believe to remove “body heat” and it is very enjoyable.
xin cuisine aloe vera
If you want to try something different, you try their Chilled Aloe Vera. This cold dessert is very refreshing and if you know the goodness of aloe vera, you will love this dessert.
xin cuisine mango sago
Lastly, one of my favourites is the Ice Cream Mango Sago. It is hard to go wrong with ice cream and mango sago. It is cold and sweet and this is very addictive. Easily I can have at least two bowls of this.

Weekend dim sum at Xin Cuisine is very comfortable and enjoyable. Dim sum starts from RM 8 per plate and it is high recommended to book your table for weekend dim sum. Dim sum at Xin Cuisine Concorde Hotel KL is NON-HALAL.
