Good Morning Sungai Golok Narathiwat Golok
Good Morning Sungai Golok Narathiwat Golok
It is bright, colourful and loud at night in Soi 3 Sungai Golok and one of the most popular towns in Southern Thailand bordering Malaysian state of Kelantan. The town is just a stone throw away fromĀ Rantau Panjang, Kelantan and Malaysians travelled there for food, shopping and entertainment. It take less than 30 min of driving from the border to reach the town of Sungai Golok.
While the night is loud and vibrant in Golok, it is peaceful, calm and serene in the morning. When I was in Golok, I woke up early and walked around Charoenkhet Road in Soi 3 and took a couple of pictures of this border town.
“Early birds”. Captured them near the telecommunication tower in Soi 3 Golok.
A beautiful old apartment in Soi 3 Golok. It was still early so no one is spotted.
It is a custom for food stall to open early. This chicken rice stall is up and ready for customers regardless of the crowd.
The street was calm and peaceful.
Colourful and vibrant at night but peaceful in the morning.
I enjoyed travelling around Southern Thailand with my own car. Self drive in Southern Thailand was fun, safe and easy. You just need to get a GPS with Thailand map and you can basically drive anywhere.
