Live from the 17th Asian Games Incheon 2014
I am now in Asian Games Incheon 2014, reporting live thanks to Samsung Malaysia. This is my first few days and what a great experience it has been!
We (with social caster Tian Chad and Samsung Malaysia Renay Pu) arrived on Saturday and we watched the badminton quarterfinal game between Dato’ LEE Chong Wei (MAS) against NGUYEN Tien Minh (VIE). Dato’ won the game in the rubber set, a long and exciting match.
Immediately after the badminton game, we ran to the Archery Arena to watch team Malaysia compete in the semifinal. Sadly, MAHAZAN Muhammad Zaki Bin lost his semifinal match to VERMA Abhishek from India. For the bronze medal match, unfortunately again MAHAZAN Muhammad Zaki Bin lost to DELA CRUZ Paul Marton from Philippines.
Next, we headed to the Asian Games Athletes Village for an exclusive interview with Dato’ Lee Chong Wei. We had a fruitful casual chat with Dato’ at Samsung Athletes Meet Centre before we went for dinner before the next day.
