TCBY Frozen Yogurt is back in Malaysia
TCBY is a popular US based chain of frozen yogurt stores. Frozen yogurt or “froyo” is a healthier alternative of ice cream. TCBY is one of the largest US retailers of soft serve froyo.
The name TCBY means “This Can’t Be Yogurt” opened in Malaysia many years ago before it was closed but now they are reopened under Dewina Super Froyo; part of Dewine group which has over 20 years of experience in F&B.
TCBY reopens last year at NU Sentral Mall and now they have a total of 4 outlets:
- NU Sentral Mall, KL Sentral
- Oasis Damansara, Ara Damansara
- IOI City Mall, Putrajaya
- JPO, Johor Premium Outlets, Kulaijaya, Johor
In 2011, TCBY introduced Super Froyo which includes a special combination of nutrients that work together to improve the taste. It must contain fiber, probiotics, Vitamin D, Calcium and protein.
Recently, I visited their NU Sentral store and tried out some of their super Froyo, milk shake as well as soft serve Froyo.
You can hardly differentiate the taste of Froyo and ice cream and it is hard to believe that “This Can’t Be Yogurt”! If you are into ice cream like me, TCBY might be a healthier alternative for you.
