Where to bring your love one for a candle light dinner in Bandar Utama? Well, if you want a romantic dining experience and that right ambience for wedding proposals, you should consider dining at Signature by The Hill at First Avenue (next One Utama Old Wing).

We recently visited the restaurant for their October promotions and also checking out their ala-carte menu.
Since its opening, the Signature by The Hill never failed to impress us with its stunning décor and cozy ambience. The first impression of the restaurant is always good, the warm lights, spacious dining area and the attentive service staff.
Their seasonal fresh oysters come is priced per piece. Thus it is served cold and it is best to have fresh oysters with the lemon juice. This is as fresh as you can get and for fresh oyster lovers, additional plate of oysters is a must.
The Soft Shell Crab Salad is served with red raddish, kyuri, cherry tomatoes and salad with Signature wafu dressing. We love the crispy deep fried soft shell crab as it goes really well with the salad.
It is Signature’s version of chawanmushi, custard egg steamed to perfection with a sprinkler of chopped truffles. The custard egg is steamed to perfection to very soft texture and you get the taste of the truffles and also the fish roes. This definitely something different from the usual menus out there.
Until 15th this month, you can order The Steamed Baked Salmon Trout with a glass of Terrazas Reserve Chardonnay for RM 65++ Only. The Steamed Baked Salmon Trout served with tiger prawns, clams and seafood bisque aragulla salad and paired with with a glass of Terrazas Reserve Chardonnay. The salmon trout is cooked to perfection while the fresh tiger prawns and clams are very well seasoned with the seafood bisque. The Steamed Baked Salmon Trout is priced at RM 65++ and it is a steal.
Chocolate lava cake served with vanilla ice cream. The chocolate lava cake is baked to perfection and we did the crack, the chocolate lava slowly flows out. The chocolate lava is just nice as not too thick and not too sweet and it goes well with the vanilla ice cream. The surprise element is the hint of spiciness in the chocolate lava.
The Fruits Pavlova is one of the signature desserts in Signature by the Hill. The pavlova is perfectly cooked as you can crack it with the spoon. It goes well with the fruits and this is addictive.
