Aqua S Sydney Best Soft Serve

When we traveled in Sydney recently, we heard so much about this soft serve ice cream shop called Aqua S. The ice cream parlour made its name by serving quality soft serve in wacky flavours. How wacky can flavours be? We will tell you shortly.

They have a few outlets and we visited their George Street outlet as it close late (10/11pm). The outlet is just a stone throw away from the Sydney Town Hall and QVB. It is a small shop with constant long queue of customers. To be exact, they are located at 27/501 George St, Sydney NSW.

Aqua S offers three flavours for their soft serve. Their signature blue sea salt flavour and the other two is lime and pumpkin soup. We heard that they will change the flavours from time to time.

Another popular thing about Aqua S is their soft serve is very Instagrammable. Everything is about Instagram in Sydney. That’s why you all you follow me on Instagram too at www.Instagram.com/placesandfoods.

Appearance matters in Instagram and that’s why they sell soft serve like this. This is pumpkin soup flavour with candy floss and popcorn. The first taste of the pumpkin soup is very fragrant of the pumpkin flavour and the texture of the soft serve is smooth as silk. Surprisingly, the pumpkin soup flavour didn’t taste weird at all. We enjoyed this.

Next, their famous sea salt flavour. This comes with popping candies (the ones that pops in the mouth). We find this flavour very esquisite. For us, it tasted weird but many people loved it. Well, we prefer the pumpkin soup flavour than this though honestly.

We enjoyed the texture of the soft serve here. For their flavours, it depends on individuals but we found our flavour. Is it worth the visit? Definitely yes especially on their unique soft serve flavours as well as their pretty looking soft serve that is so Instagrammable!

We checked in the SilverKris Lounge in KLIA which is reopened recently on 5^th February 2016. It is a quiet and comfortable lounge with food, snacks and drinks.

We had a little snack at the SilverKris Lounge while waiting for our Singapore Airlines flight. Thus, we also enjoy the cozy sofas as well as the long tables good for savy and business travellers.
