Next to Cenang Mall and opposite Cenang Plaza, the hotel is a typical rectangular shaped hotel and there is nothing spectacular in design. Like many other hotels in Langkawi, they offer parking bays for hotel guests only. They are still new so there were renovations in front of the lobby.

The front desk staffs are friendly and courteous. The level of hospitality in Langkawi has improved since our last visit many years ago. This is a huge improvement and also a good sign for the tourism industry for Langkawi.

The room looks quite basic with amenities such as TV, fridge, mini bar and so on.

There is also a working desk with good WIFI connections. Wifi is complimentary. Working desk is important for us as we often worked till late backing up the pictures or rushing for our stories. Yes, we worked hard even though when we travel around.

Since the hotel is located at the most happening area in Pantai Cenang, the noise level is high. Thus, get the rooms at the back of the hotel and you can hardly hear any noise.

The beach is located at the opposite of the hotel. It takes a five minutes of walk to reach the beautiful Pantai Cenang or the Cenang Beach.

Their breakfast is typical Malaysian breakfast with egg station. Nothing to shout about and just simply comfort food.
