Melon Story Siam Discovery Bangkok

There is not much information we can on this dessert place called Melon Story. They have two outlets in Bangkok and one in Siam Discovery Shopping Mall. No bloggers written about this place and we are probably the first who reviewed this.

Melon story is located at the 4^th Floor in Siam Discovery(near the sky bridge). They have a new dessert section is called the Sweet Lab and there are a few dessert stalls in this section including Sendai’s famous cheese tart (Me & Cheese) as there are not many food outlets in Siam Discovery.

They serve soft serve ice cream, juices as well as melons (winter melons). The food is not cheap here as we believe the melons are imported from Japan. If you bought imported melon from Japan in your local supermarket, you will know they are very expensive.

We ordered their soft serve ice cream of charcoal mixture with melon flavour. A cone of soft serve with two pieces of melon cost around 140 TB (Thai Baht). It is not cheap at all but the taste? Well, the melon flavour is very refreshing and sweet. This is probably the best melon soft serve we tasted for some time. For the charcoal flavour, you can probably ignore it.

Is it worth 140 TB?

Yes, indefinitely. It is definitely pricey but you can taste quality from the soft serve. We would love to come back again for their other melon dishes. The melon soft serve is memorable.
