Hubba Hubba at Jalan Ceylon has been around since late 2014. Located in Invito Hotel Suites, the restaurant is in between the Ceylon Hill and Changkat Bukit Bintang. If you looking for a cool place to chill with a great menu selection of food, Hubba Hubba is the ideal place for you to visit.

We were there recently to check out their new menu infused with CONNOR’S Stout Porter.CONNOR’S Stout Porter are inspired by the original British Stout Porter since 1700s .As part of the CONNOR’S Experience, we have been visiting restaurants in offering CONNOR’S Stout Porter and CONNOR’S Stout Porter infused menu in Klang Valley.

Hubba Hubba offers two very unique dishes infused with CONNOR’S Stout Porter and they are Asian Spicy CONNOR’S Lamb Pizza and British Brew CONNOR’S Battered Fish & Chips.

Asian Spicy CONNOR’S Lamb Pizza with 1 full pint of CONNOR’S Stout Porter – RM38++

There are many restaurants in Klang Valley offers pizzas but most of them are overrated and mediocre. You can find many restaurants selling the ‘same old’ pizzas such as Hawaiian, vegetarian, tuna, seafood and so on. Hubba Hubba on the other side surprised us with their version of Asian Spicy CONNOR’S Lamb Pizza.

To be frank, we never had lamb pizzas before and the first bite was memorable (especially when you complement with CONNOR’S Stout Porter). Lamb is a classic meat combination with stout and their version is hot and spicy curry lamb. Their curry paste is the blend of different spices infused with CONNOR’S Stout Porter and it gives that significant scent onto the pizza.

The curry lamb pizza is spicy and flavourful. The curry paste is filled of ‘punch’ and the topping is generously covered with dried curry leaves, chopped fried dried chilli, red onion andcheese. Trust us, a plate of this pizza is never enough. It has been such a long time since we fell in love with a pizza dish. The Asian Spicy CONNOR’S Lamb Pizza is hot, spicy, flavourful, tasty, cheesy and memorable. We don’t mind driving to Hubba Hubba just for the pizza.

British Brew CONNOR’S Battered Fish & Chips with 1 full pint of CONNOR’S Stout Porter – RM50++

Fish and chips has been Hubba Hubba’s signature dish for ages. To enhance the flavour of their usual fish and chips, they created the British Brew CONNOR’S Battered Fish and Chips.

The fish fillets are covered with CONNOR’S-infused batter and they are deep fried to golden perfection. Remember to squeeze the lemon for the acidic flavour onto the fish.

The taste of this fish and chips is unique. The CONNOR’S-infused batter creates the immense stout flavour and it has similar taste to Chinese version of ‘drunken’ dishes. You can taste the stout and we don’t mind that. This is definitely not your usual fish and chips as this is better in terms of taste. The set comes with petite salad and home-made hand cut fries.

So which is better? The Asian Spicy CONNOR’S Lamb Pizza or British Brew CONNOR’S Battered Fish & Chips. Well, it depends on personal preferences but you won’t be disappointed for sure.
