1) De Centrum City is 100 acres of free mixed development located south of Kuala Lumpur by Protasco Berhad. It is a long term development with a master plan for De Centrum City consist of

He is the Group Managing Director of Protasco Berhad, the company behind De Centrum City. A graduate from University Malaya, Dato’ Sri Chong has a vast experience in engineering for thirty six years. He has worked in public sectors such in Public Works Department (JKR) and also at Institut Kerjaraya Malaysia (IKRAM). He left the public sector in 1991 to set up the foundation for Protasco Berhad. With his leadership and guidance, he leads Protasco Berhad to greater heights.

6) The entire Gross Development Value of De Centrum City is RM 10 billion. De Centrum City Development is a long term and huge project.
7) They are planning for a phase of affordable Lifestyle Suite to be launched towards the 4th quarter of 2017 and target selling price will be below RM 350,000 per suite. This is very affordable compare to other properties out there in Klang Valley. The design concept will be ‘vibrant and playful’ and built with IT features. They will incorporate features of the ‘Internet of Things’.
We visited De Centrum City and it is very convenient and near major highways. What we like about this place is it is near many amenities such as shopping mall and hospital and such. This is a long term project so they don’t overbuild to sell for quick money. The development will be phase by phase so the supply doesn’t over run the demand. If you are planning to look for your first property or for investment, you should check this out. The pricing is reasonable and the developer is reliable.
