Shaburi and Kintan Buffet Paris Van Java Bandung
This Movement Control Order gives us lots of time to share some of our food and travel experiences we did for the past few years. In one of the trips we went to Bandung Indonesia, we went to Paris Van Java Mall for shopping and we found Shaburi and Kintan Buffet.
We went to Shaburi and Kintan Buffet for lunch. They offered a few packages and we took the Shaburi Wagyu set that comes with four different types of wagyu cuts with unlimited order.
Please take note that this is the Buffet Menu for lunch and there is time limit for the buffet depending on weekday or weekend.
For the Shaburi and Kintan Lunch Buffet, the time limit is 90 minutes. Do take note that they offer new menu and promotion from time to time.
The restaurant offers a very clean and nice ambience and design. The service here is really good and they are quick to prepare my hotpot.
We didn’t take many photos of their buffet section but they offer salad, sushi, fried food, grilled food and many others. All the sections are all you can so you can take your time and choose your food as they replenished their food quite fast.
The sushi section offers a few type of sushi including edamame. Not forgetting, there is also the sauce section with different types of Japanese and local sauces.
There is also the drink section that comes with unlimited soft drinks and coffee.
They offer five types of broth for the hotpot or shabu shabu and they original konbu, sukiyaki, Japanese herbal Hinabe, Chicken Collagen Paitan and Hot Miso. We chose the Original Kobu which comes with calcium and minerals.
The Shaburi Wagyu set we choose comes with four different cuts of the wagyu beef. As you can see that cut of the beef is quite thin but it is really nice to go with the shabu shabu. You can order the beef unlimited time within the 90 minutes. If you look at the marbling of the wagyu, the taste is really good especially the taste. Remember, you can order this as this is part of the buffet.
This is probably the best buffet restaurant we tasted in Bandung Indonesia. The food at Shaburi and Kintan Buffet Paris Van Java Bandung is tasty as they offer good quality and fresh food. The prices for us are reasonable and the best part is it is at the Paris Van Java mall so you can walk around and shop after the meal to burn the calories from the buffet. Paris Van Java offers authentic brand retail stores in Bandung. We know that there are many brand outlets in Bandung but most of them are selling replicas instead of authentic goods.
