Pork Noodles at Restoran Choon Tien Sg Chua Kajang

We have been visiting this pork noodles stall for years since we moved to Kajang. The husband and wife team has been selling pork noodles in this restaurant for years and they are one of the popular food stalls in Restoran Choon Tien, Sg Chua Kajang.

Since Movement Control Order (MCO), many food stalls business are affected including them and we thought it will be nice to blog about this place to help awareness for the pork stall and restaurant.

We usually order the Dry Pork Noodles with noodles and kuey teow and it usually comes with generous of pork lard. We customized our pork noodles so it comes with minced pork, sliced pork and pork liver as they also offer other pork parts in the stall.

What we like about their pork noodles is the consistency of the taste. The dry pork noodles with kuey teow is fragrant with crispy pork lard and hints of fried garlic and pepper. We like the noodles with the minced pork while the soup comes with minced pork, sliced pork and pork liver.

We don’t dare to say this is the best pork noodles we tasted but we enjoyed the taste. If you are staying in Kajang, maybe you tried their pork noodles or if you have not, give it a try. The owners are honest people and we have been patronizing them for years.

During this Recovery Movement Control Order (RMCO), many food stalls and restaurants business are affected and even some of our friends were retrenched in this past couple of weeks. Some don’t even manage to get a job. Do support food stalls and restaurants during these tough times if you can. Lastly, do give visit Pork Noodles at Restoran Choon Tien Sg Chua Kajang. What else is good at Restoran Choon Tien, we like the fried chicken stall, Ayam Kukus Stall, Chicken Rice Stall, Hakka Noodle Stall, Ipoh Chicken Stall and Char Kuey Teow Stall (this CKt depending on preferences) and the Mixed Rice Stall.
