Untuk makluman semua, kami di #TGVMesraMall akan melaksanakan pengasingan tempat duduk mengikut kategori; lelaki, perempuan dan keluarga bermula 3 September 2020 berdasarkan garis panduan yang telah ditetapkan oleh Majlis Perbandaran Kemaman (MPK).

There will be three zones, the male, female and family zones at Mesra Mall TGV Cinemas.

Blue zone for male.

Pink zone for female.

Yellow for family.

 For Muslim couple who are not married and also brother and sister are not allowed to sit together.

Muslim audience must wear proper clothing (cover body part).

Non Muslim audience must wear appropriately without any tight, short and sexy clothing. Liquor is not allowed in the cinema hall.

The Gender and Family Segregation at TGV Mesra Mall Cinema  regulation and guideline will start by 3 September 2020 as provided by Majlis Perbandaran Kemaman (MPK) Terengganu.
