32 COVID 19 Red Zones in Malaysia on 30 October 2020

Hey it is November 2020 and we spent almost half of the year restricted at home no thanks to the COVID-19. Looks like it will remain the same for some time as we are still getting three digit new COVID-19 cases daily. Here are the new updates on the COVID-19 Red Zones in Malaysia and are 32 COVID-19 Red Zones in Malaysia as on 12 noon, 30 October 2020 as announced by Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia (KKM) or Ministry of Health Malaysia on their official Twitter account. Please take note that KKM categorised areas with 41 COVID-19 cases and above as red zones.

This is the accumulative cases from 17 October to 30 October 2020 (12 pm noon) and this excludes ‘Imported COVID 19 cases’ from abroad, imported cases from other states and imported cases from other areas. This is increase from 29 COVID 19 Red Zones in Malaysia on 23 October 2020.

During this CMCO (Conditional Movement Control Order), the numbers are still at high three digits daily and there is high possibility of extension of CMCO. The following are the 29 COVID 19 Red Zones in Malaysia on 23 October 2020.

  2. Timur Laut Penang – 125 cases
  3. Seberang Perai Selatan Penang – 229 cases
  4. Petaling Selangor 530 cases
  5. Hulu Langat Selangor 295 cases
  6. Gombak Selangor 134 cases
  7. Klang Selangor 187 cases
  8. Sepang 273 cases
  9. Kuala Langat Selangor 136 cases
  10. Kepong 41 cases (NEW)
  11. Titiwangsa 87 cases
  12. Seremban 390 cases
  13. Johor Bahru 50 cases (NEW)
  14. Labuan 338 Cases
  15. Kuching 85 cases (NEW)
  16. Beaufout Sabah 43 cases
  17. Kinabatangan 47 cases
  18. Kota Belud Sabah 135 cases
  19. Kota Kinabalu Sabah 3046 cases
  20. Kunak Sabah 107 cases
  21. Lahad Datu Sabah 579 cases
  22. Papar Sabah – 256 cases

The total COVID 19 positive cases in Malaysia is 11676 cases from 17 October to 30 October 2020 (12 pm noon).

Larut Matang Perak is no longer RED Zone and back to Yellow zone with 25 cases. Notable four digit COVID-19 cases are at Kota Kinabalu (3046) and Ranau (1210) cases. There are also NEW COVID-19 zone and they are Kepong, Johor Bahru, Kuching and Kota Marudu.

We noted that there are many other Red Zones map out there but we published the official map from Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia (KKM) or Ministry of Health Malaysia on their official Twitter account.

During this CMCO, please stay at home and follow the guidelines by the Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia (KKM). If possible, please stay put within this two to four weeks until the COVID-19 cases drop to double digit. There is very high possibility of CMCO extend again so please wait for official announcement in the future.
