Jay Fai and Nahm Retained One Star for Michelin Guide Thailand 2021

Congratulations to Jay Fai and Nahm for retaining their Michelin One Star for Michelin Guide Thailand 2021. This is announced at the Michelin Guide Thailand event in Bangkok minutes ago.

The reason we are highlighting both restaurants as we tasted their food in the past when they received their Michelin One Star.

Jay Fai has been around for 70 years and it is local’s favourite until a couple of years ago, they received the Michelin One Star for The Michelin Guide Thailand. Recently, they were also featured in Street Food on Netflix.

We visited nahm this year and the food was very impressive by Chef Pim Techamuanvivit. This is their fourth consecutive year of gaining Michelin star in 2021. For the last five years, the restaurant has also ranked in the top 10 in Asia in the annual San Pellegrino and Acqua Panna lists.

On top of that, a shout for PRU Phuket that retained their Michelin Star for Michelin Guide Thailand 2021.
