Every time when we visit Bangkok, we try to visit a new rooftop bar. This year, we stayed at Kimpton Maa-lai hotel and visited the Bar Yar Rooftop Bar. The hotel itself is a beauty and we will blog on our stay experience soon.

Kimpton Maa-lai Hotel Bangkok is one of the few pet friendly hotels in city. The amazing thing is you see people bring their dogs and cats into the hotel to stay together. The hotel manager told us, some brought iguana, hamster, snakes and more.

Bar Yard Rooftop Bar is located on the 40^th floor of Kimpton Maa-lai Hotel Bangkok. You will be amazed by the tiki bar couple with the elements of American backyard barbecue, complete with a bright, breezy haven of lush greenery and tropical-inspired furnishings.

You can find many types cocktails and tapas at Bar Yar Rooftop Bar at Kimpton Maa-Lai Hotel. Helming the grill is Executive Chef Lamberto Valdez Lara, who has put his unique twist on classic barbecue favourites with a variety of signature, farm-to-plate dishes that are specially curated to satisfy every palate.
