Safe To Travel to Thailand in 2025

Let’s talk about traveling to Thailand in 2025. Is it Safe To Travel to Thailand in 2025? The answer is Thailand is a safe country for travellers but it is always good to take precautions.

I have visited Thailand over 40 times and never once, I felt unsafe even in some shady areas in Phuket or Bangkok.

I know there is the Chinese actor and model abduction case happened in Thailand recently and that is another targeted isolated case. Both of them were rescue by Thai authorities and they are safely back in China. These cases are targeted cases by syndicates.

For your information, there are almost five million Malaysian tourists to Thailand last year and there was no case of abduction or kidnapping ever.

There are many rumours or gossips of stories of abduction in Thailand but those are just talks without facts. There are also no syndicates kidnapping tourists for organs in Thailand. We live in 2025 and not in the 1970s-1980s.

I have friends and family members staying in Thailand for decades and they are very safe and happy there.

Look, I brought my kids to Thailand in 2023 and 2024 and they love it there. In fact, I just came back from Chiang Mai last week, there are so many tourists traveling in Thailand.
