I am never a big fan of chicken biscuit until I tasted this Ipoh Lam Fong Chicken Biscuits. Rachel went to Ipoh recently and bought back the Ipoh Lam Fong Chicken Biscuits.
I haven’t been to Ipoh Lam Fong outlet so I am not sure which is their signature pastry or biscuit. However, the Lam Fong Ipoh Chicken Biscuits are good. From what I know, it has been around in Ipoh for decades.
Rachel got those chicken biscuits in this cylinder type plastic container. I checked out their Shopee and they have different types of packaging.
Traditional chicken biscuits are thick and could be greasy. Ipoh Lam Fong Chicken Biscuit is thin and crispy. It is not greasy, flavor is just right and this is addictive.
This is good to complement with coffee or tea, a great light snack for anytime of the day.
The Ipoh Lam Fong Chicken Biscuit also comes in the right size and I wonder how do they stacked it inside the container.
